A foggy morning in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. I'd got up there extremely late so this photo almost never happened, the sun was getting high and I couldn't find a composition. Just as I was about to do a u-turn and head back I saw this tree and as they say, the rest is history.
Canon 350D 18-55mm 0.9 SE Grad. Cropped to 16:9 because it just felt right.
The reason that i love it . aside from it being equisite composition wise- is that it reminds me of a memory a friend of mine once described to me and i had never been able to fully imagine. this is an ideal. an image that is our heads just because of story books and fairy tales , and the thing is you made it real.
I hate the fact that at this time of the year, the sun hasn't even risen here in Finland when I get up and go to school. And when I get up in the weekends, it's usually cloudy or then the sun is already up ^^ And I surely couldn't find a view like that here..
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
